2023 Detroit Lions Record Prediction Thread

Alright. It is time. Preseason is done. The first NFL Sunday is a week away, and the Lions play even sooner. Let’s get our official predictions underway.

I have a caveat with mine, and it all depends on Justin Fields.

If Justin Fields continues to suck:

Lions go 10-7, make the playoffs.

If Justin Fields puts it together:

Lions go 9-8, miss the playoffs.

13-4

I’m expecting a top 10 offense and a top 10 defense.

I said 11-6 in May and I see no reason to change it.
Frankly, I’m sandbagging.

12-5. Division title.

11-6 Lions #2 Seed
9-8 Vikings WC #7
8-9 Packers
7-10 Bears

Vikings come back down to earth a little.
Packers defense and running game keep them close but loose a couple last second games cuz love cant drive deep down the field.
Bears improve by 4 games. But thats still a loosing record.

And yes that means Vikings AT Detroit WC weekend for an easy W

11-6

11-6

6-11 third in the division

If that happens, this board will be a dumpster fire :joy:

10-7 or 11-6 regardless of what Fields does.

10-7. A slow start. 5-3 after 8

We beat Chi 2 times.

I’ll stick with my original 11-6

But my heart wants to say 12-5

12-5. NFC North Champions. Wild Card Round Win.

I think they can make the NFC Championship but I’m not going to predict it.
