I feel like that ratledge grade is low. He’s going to be a really good player.
Rat COULD be a good player. But right now?
Hes GOOD in run blocking.
Hes TRASH in pass pro.
Hence the C grade. 2nd rounder should at a minimum be average to below average in pass pro.
As for Teslaa.
Hes been on the field for over 30% of snaps. 230.
Lets just be safe to assume and say 60% are run plays. Just a safe over estimate
Thats over 90 passing snaps.
With 11 targets for 6 catches.
A guy thats valued at an almost 2nd round grade should be doing A LOT more than that!
But, TeSlaa, Manu, Vaki, Hooker and BroMart
Those 5 draft picks they are worth 7!!! 3rd round comp picks!!!
Could you imagine what they COULD have gotten with that kind of capital at trade deadlines?
This is just so bad. I have no idea how people can’t see who is to blame for the state is this team.
Yeah I think just taking “highest graded player” from any website board with all those picks instead of whatever Brad did would be better. That’s not good.
On 7 chances in the 3rd round, at least half those guys should be playing big minutes and a great GM is going to hit on 1-2 of them for start level talent.
0-7 on 3rd round picks looks a lot like 0-7 on 4th downs in 1 score games. Lots of ego and not a lot of delivery.
Damnnnnnnnn
Bromart was a terrible pick
Hooker I didnt hate, we needed a backup QB, but yeah… our offense is hard to learn, and he came from a school who’s offense was all out of shotgun, rpos and one read plays (Why do you think all of The Vols WRs lately have been busts), but it just wasnt a good fit.
Vaki, great STer, but yeah shouldn’t have prolly traded up for him.
Manu… weirdly not out on him, but if he’s not fighting for the Starting spot at LT or LT2 next training camp, im out.
Teslaa im not out on. He will see more play next game, and we can see then, def more of a project pick, but hes our Lil Leaf Replacement after he’s gone.
Also
Can we ■■■■■■■ not with already calling Teslaa a bust?
It takes a couple years to see how he actually looks, im not throwing in the towel until he’s a healthy scratch and not even seeing snaps
Not when your in a super bowl window and your traded the equivalent of a EARLY 3rd/ late 2nd round pick for him.
Those players drafted in that window are supposed to be rotational contributors. Guys making a few key plays a on a weekly basis.
Not a few key plays in a entire season
After 2023 class the draft picks have been skid marks
23 won him “Best Draft” award from his peers.
24 was an absolute stinker.
21 has Levi and Iffy bringing it down.
22 has Pasch
23 was a beast. Don’t even care about the 3rd round Hooker.
24 Ralph
25 early, but Rat alone could salvage it if he helps restore our identity next year
The first part is right on, but we need some starter for sure, depth guys are not going to cut it unless you want a repeat of this year ,
We are missing a starting level center and at least one G , and Decker may be getting close himself.
We also need a #2 DE. Then we need depth.
I don’t have a problem with the players Brad selects because he does it with conviction. The Hooker pick I did not have a problem with because we actually traded down to select him. Besides who hasn’t taken a flyer on a cheap Hooker that didn’t work out so well?
What I don’t like is trading away all the draft picks to move up. That’s like borrowing money from your buddies to take a flyer on the cheap Hooker. All those draft picks we trade away are players for depth and very cap fiendly.
Complete bust!
Just Like these guys Howie drafted in past 5 years with picks in the top 4 rounds……
Jaelon Reagor
Davion Taylor
K’Von Wallace
Zach McPherson
Just give it a pass fail for rounds 2-4 under brad.
21 - 3/5: Levi, McNeil, Iffy, st Brown, Barns
22 - 1/2: Paschal, kerby
23 - 2/4: Laporta, Branch, Hooker, Bromart
24 - 0?/4: Rake, Manu, vaki. Maybe give him 2 combined.
25 - 1/2: Rat, Teslaa
So in those 5 years.
8/17 just under 50% thats not a bad hit rate HOWEVER.
He traded up for multiple high risk guys. NONE have hit.
Those 8 that hit? BPA on the board.
Those that missed? I would say at a minimum of 7/9 of those were super high risk players that were NOT on anyones board.
I can live with a mid round pick not working out if he was Best player available. Or close to it. It happens.
However Brad trading up multiple picks to go get some dude that doesnt even have a ESPN profile, that the announcers are like “who”???
Thats Brad trying to be smartest guy in the room. Have ANY of those picks worked out? Nope. Thats the difference.
Also like i said, brad trading up multiple picks,
Eagles however trade down, select BPA and use the extra capital, not to trade up like Brad, but for trades!!! To bring in better proven talent. Bad has YET to make a good trade to improve this team aside from the big one to start his tenure.

Yeah, that move from 6 to 12 to pick up Gibbs and LaPorta really sucked
They definitely didn’t “stump the truck” with those picks.
Some may have been higher than Kiper had them…
but pretty sure we don’t know how other NFL teams had them on their board.
That’s a huge assumption on your part.
I do wish Brad would trade down… or more importantly… trade down with the benefit being the addition of exra picks the following tear.
I do also think they are a little too hyper focused getting guys that they really like in the mid rounds. It would be OK to lose out on some of those guys… because they definitely aren’t all going to become the next ARSB or Kerby.
