Sorry for your loss brother. My dad died awhile ago. I understand missing him. The fact you speak so highly of him speaks well to his character.
I did not have that on my bingo card.
With the offense we have the defense just needs to be average until they can get healthier.
I agree, but if Vildor plays, that significantly drops our chances of being ‘average’ on defense.
I get it, we need to trust what the coaches are seeing and evaluating, but man, if Vildor repeats last game’s performance, just wow is all I can say.
Absolutely hate that Moseley is inactive. Our DB’s are about to get worked. Arnold is good at staying with his man, but we’ve got no one else.
Meek is good in the slot role as well but we do not have another suitable outside CB to match up with Arnold unless you move Meek there and BB to Nickel. My $$$, however, is on lining up how we did last week.
V can stand for either victory or Vildor but not both. I’m scared. Very scared.
Why is Moseley inactive?! Lions will need divine intervention to keep that TD streak going with Vildor on the field for the entire game.
Speculating here, but he’s just coming back after 2 years of missing football and 3 games in 11 days is brutal. Maybe they are being uber cautious with him. Or he did something in pre-game. I can’t imagine it’s because Vildor is the ‘better’ option.
Bears game plan on offense for any passing plays. Throw at whoever is being guarded by Vildor. On 2, On 2 - Ready, Break!!
This is true, I think Amik is very good in the slot. I did mean outside DB, thanks for clarifying. The Colts attacked Vildor all day and had a lot of success. I expect to see the Bears do the same. Line up DJ Moore on Vildor and it’s an easy big play.
I still like our D Line to shut down their run game, and the Lions to get a lead pounding the ball. That will force Caleb to throw to play catch up. I just know one of the Chicago WR’s is about to have the game of his life against Vildor. I’d rather see Dorsey. At least he stayed in position. Vildor wasn’t even place holding.
This might be a reversal of how I normally think. We need to play keep away and keep their offense off the field.
One other thought that occurred to me on Moseley is maybe he came down with an illness this AM. I think if he started feeling unwell last night, the Lions would have had to add him to the injury report. Finally, let’s hope all of his family is well/healthy and that something didn’t come up in that area of his life.
Next man up. As long as there is a next man, we win.
I’m less concerned about Vildor than I am with Sweat pile driving Skipper then smashing Goff…Jared cant get worked over by the pass rush today.
