They might save him for later in the game when they can pinch hit him, and then pull him right away…due to the hammy injury.

They focked up pulling Boyd so early. Smith is awesome, but come the 4th or 5th inning we will be facing someone we can hit.

Who needs their killer bullpen when you have a bunch of chokers at the plate. They could throw Maeda up there and it wouldn’t matter.
