When I was a youngster, my parents had a 45 of that song. I must’ve played it 10,000 times on my little kiddie turntable (yes, those were a thing, and yes, I realize I’m dating myself here).

Between that and the black club for a clover, I got a call from the Hibernian Society telling me they took my Irish Card back.

always kind of liked Heart-the band, all female and they had grit, like Joan Jett, Stevie Knicks, & Madonna , Pat Benatar, chick from Erythmics, and Blondie.
