No way… You warned us that with 22 ppl on IR that there was a health issue? Man, thanks for giving us the heads up

Meanwhile Bobby Layne

It is a physical and attritional game.
if we were losing guys to soft tissue injuries or getting injured in the weight room then fair enough but most injuries simply cannot be avoided given the physical nature of the game.
We claimed Hayden Rucci off waivers from Miami, the corresponding move was putting Arnold on IR.
We have much less APY on IR than most teams. We are getting healthier.
We don’t have a ton of money on IR or PUP but we have a lot of high draft picks. Arnold and Laporta 1st round. Levi, Paschal, and Rakestraw 2nd. Plus a starter like Mahogs. Laporta and Arnold we could really use about now. Levi would be nice but its almost like those three 2nd rounders will be injured every year I swear.
.
the Lions medical staff told Terrion he needed surgery when he initially injured his shoulder against the Bengals.
.
He got a 2nd opinion…. and was cleared to return.
I haven’t seen who had the 2nd opinion… but seems likely it was NOT the team’s staff.
If you look at the team we just played GB, They were missing Tucker Kraft who is every bit as important to them as LaPorta (2nd rounder) is too us.
2nd round pick Jayden Reed has been on IR as well. Like you said, it would be nice to have Levi, Paschal or Rakestraw, but they haven’t been available much through the years and are all backups.
It would be also nice to have Mahagony, but he’s a fringe starter. GB was missing their starting Center (Jenkins).
We were without Kerby and Arnold, but GB was without Van Ness (1st rounder), Quay Walker (1st rounder), Matthew Golden (1st rounder).
All teams have injuries this time of year and the Lions, currently, are probably better off than most.
Right we thought we was done for the season early. Then rehabbed it, came back. Got concussed and his shoulder fell off again. Rough season

■■■■■■■ HILARIOUS, bro. LOL.
I love Terrion. I think if he can get healthy and stay that way, he’s gonna be a really good one.
what else is new.
I warned you guys lions have a health issue last year ,who is lions primary care doctor
Probably one of those Civil War doctors who treated everything with whiskey and a bone saw.
Tough season for TA. I still have high hopes for him…. but between him and Rake, it’s tough to have such a hole at CB after we just spent our biggest assets on multiple corners.
Terrion has been a major bust! He can talk a good game but at the end of the day there’s no substance. Give me a player that works hard and is available. I don’t want to hear the jaw jacking.
Aside from some bad luck with injuries, Arnold has been exactly as Advertised.
He’s improved consistently, and that’s all that matters… Especially when you consider his ceiling
Hopefully, injuries don’t ruin him
Aside from that concern, he’s going to be the bestAside from that concern, he’s going to be A very good CB for us
Being healthy is the key. I hope he is but I’m not do sure. He’s had a history of hamstrings injuries before and now the shoulder. The Lions have had bad luck with injuries
I don’t know if you can class Arnold a bust unless you had unreasonably expectations for him. He looks a far better player this year compared to the start of his rookie campaign and has plenty of scope for improvement. Two years in and he is a very good number 2 corner with potential to be a CB1.
injuries are a slight knock on him but corners get banged up, would like him to get a few more INTs too but we ask him to play a lot of straight up man coverage - but he had looked far more capable of PBUs and getting them turnovers this year.

Honestly I have never seen a position group have more injuries that I can remember.
Last year Amik snapped his arm, Dorsey snapped his leg, Davis snapped his jaw. Rakestraw blew a hammy. Now this year Rakestraw missed the whole season, Arnold blew out his shoulder and got knocked the ■■■■ out. DJ missed 2 months with a hamstring pull.
It’s freaken bonkers.
Oh and Moseley tore his ACL 15 different times lol
Oh and the guy who didn’t snap any bones or ligaments strangled his wife.
Rock Ya Sin must be saying 1000 Hail Mary’s per night.
