absolutely.
It’s also why I didn’t lose it earlier when he struggled as there was a lot of time left for him to figure things out.
Granted still a lot of time left but he is definitely trending the right way.

He is not used to relieving in later innings, ie little warmup and completely different mindset from starting.
This, imo is where you want to bring him in, low pressure situation. He comes in later inning after spending his entire career as a starter. Good opportunity to set him up for success in the new role to finish out this season/postseason.
So yea it is to answer your question.
