Seems to me it goes deeper then just not getting Phillips…he’s more symbolic of what many fans want the Lions to do: do as much as possible to always make the team better and reach a super bowl, like other good/SB teams do…this league is an arms race especially for teams at the top. Maybe Brad is trying to do everything he can, but outside looking in, and watching the wheels fall off this season…whelp

A great OL is a necessity. Bears have owned this game, even with poor QB play.

Ok that was a nice throw by Caleb. Really really impressive performance from Chicago here. Eagles sure have been shaky lately but Chicago has dominated.

Yep. First round offensive tackle. Sign a vet utility lineman. Try and find value in round 3 and 4 for another.
Gibbs was getting hit in the backfield 12 days ago meanwhile the Bears have two 100 yard rushers for the 1st time in 40 yards.
This is how we USED to beat teams.
This is the team (Eagles) that made us look foolish, and the Bears are whipping them like they are little girls.
Ben Johnson matters
A good OL matters.
Off season OL additions matter.
I hate to say it, but this year, we probably don’t matter.
