Herbert is good… but they have a crap cap situation, many of the “core” players are old or perpetually old njured, play 17 road games every year, and the owner sucks.
Washington has a new owner flush with cash, tons of draft capital, cap space, good skill players, and an incoming rookie QB with potential.
