I am absolutely obsessed with the Veer and Shoot offense.
The Veer and Shoot offense is my favorite offense in all of football.
Could they decide nobody is deserving of a NC and just pass this year on awarding a trophy?

It’s a great year to expand the playoff field, it would be hard to pick 4 teams from this bunch that stand out.

I’d give him time. I do think he will have to make some adjustments for the Big Ten, but he does have a track record of doing more with less. State was not in a good place when he took over. A college coach can’t build a culture in a year or with the portal. They have to be able to recruit their people.

Good Lord. I’ve just tuned into the UGA vs Tenn game about 15 minutes ago and so far it’s been 14 minutes of commercials and 1 minute of game time.
I just told my dad (Duck diehard) today that Lanning is the MCDC of the college ranks. Fearless hyper-aggressive maniacs. Personally I love it. Seize the F’ing day.
And if we’re going to kill him for the fake shouldn’t we also applaud him for having the balls to go for it on 4th and 9 down 13-6 and then tie the game as a result of that successful conversion?

Yep. Late day 2 talent back of day 3. Doesn’t take up a roster spot initially. Assuming Frank comes back there would be zero need to rush him and I think he would have a high likelihood of being a quality heir apparent.
Personally, I want to know why he would transfer from Alabama to Ohio State with one year left. If DeBoer told him “we’re bringing in our own guy, move on,” so be it, but it’s an odd look otherwise. Plus you know how I feel about transfers overall.
Brailsford was always coming with DeBoer. Just listening to Dane put a 5th round grade on him. I think he’s been much better than that this year but it’s a moot point now.
