Chargers lose Alt for the Season

Seems like a bunch of good players went down. Buffalo lost Michael Hoecht (Edge) to a torn achilles plus the others already mentioned in other threads. Price for OL and DL has to be way up given the amount of injuries. As much as Harbaugh loves his OL and running the ball, they have to be looking to bring someone in given Alt is their best OL That’s like us losing Sewell. Injury gods must have been pissed yesterday.

Tucker Kraft ACL is a big deal for NFCN.

Chargers were already pretty much a one man team because they very possibly have the worst oline in the league. Harbaugh may love running the ball, but Herbert has had to pass like a crazy and also pretty much leads the team in rushing.

Yup, that one too. Injuries everywhere. Crazy weekend, and not just with the upsets.

Is it just me or are the packers not even remotely scary. Their offense is on the wrong side of average. Losses to the Panthers and Browns in games where the opposing QBs threw for 244 yards combined.

The Packers are too weak offensively to be a threat to get to the SB imo.

You never saw this many injuries on players in the 80s

The bigger faster stronger players hitting bigger faster stronger players on joints and tendons that haven’t been able keep might explain some of that. Once again, the Lions were ahead of the curve: 2024.
