I liked Board a lot. Solid vet back up to Rodrigo at WLB, decent in the pass game…solid on special teams.
NE makes sense for him.

I go back to something that was said by a former player years ago. You can go from New England to Baltimore, but not the other way around. NE is going to be a big culture shock for him. Let’s see how he does.
Matthew Judon’s been pretty damn good.
I really thought Board was going to take a leap as a position player. Oh well. Glad he could still find a contract like that.
Compensation
There was nothing about his time here that said we should keep him.
The Patriots are now going to start signing our castoffs and ex players hoping to get better.

The funny thing is that, in my eyes anyway, BB and the Pats are getting farther and farther away from winning that division.

BB without Brady started to look a bit… overmatched.
