There will always be an arguement for teams left out.
4, 8, 12, or 64, or 68 that will never stop.
Money is driving this and I do think we will see a little more parity going forward in CFB created by NIL. Lack of depth is already showing in numerous SEC, B1G teams and others.
As a fan, Iâve called PSU fraudulent all season. I just think they got lucky with a weak schedule. Probably still a top 10ish team, but I never thought they were top 5.
With that said. SMU and Boise St are both good match ups, so they could be there in the final 4 teams
For sure. I get that based on the criteria of a 3 loss team not getting in but I personally value strength of schedule and quality victories over all else. The committee did not.
Indiana and SMU are getting exposed for playing nothing schedules. They got the bump because they had 1 regular season loss but they didnât play anybody. Itâs showing up now against real competition. No way Alabama gets blown out by Penn State or Notre Dame and, yes, I know that they did against Oklahoma but I think that was a fluke.
