Oh, yeah. We don’t have many pheasants, anymore, but, we have lots of racoons.

My parents are very old and they keep feeding them… I told them to take it easy but here we are. They sure are cute. This little one was tapping on my boots for food.

I prefer the coons over bears though…we had several black bears in the yard 2 years ago. I was sweeeping the deck…almost shit my pants

I took my boys fishing…at a lake…in the woods… somewhere. We were fishing from shore.
My youngest caught a little bluegill. 30 seconds later, before he got it off the hook, a little raccoon was Johnny on the spot.
As soon as he got the hook out, the raccoon took it out of his hand. Then the rest of the raccoons family showed up and patiently waited their turn. His next fish I had him toss in their direction and we got out of there.
I knew there was little chance they would attack him, but, any chance is unacceptable.

I think @stephenboyd57 taught Rocket and his family how to post when he’s sleeping.
It’s like 1000 raccoons typing on 1000 typewriters. Eventually, they’ll produce something coherent. Unfortunately, we are still waiting.

I trapped a couple of coons under my house once. They were cute but absolutely vicious in a cage. Keep your fingers clear!! I released them in a big park about 3 miles away and they were probably in a garbage can within 10 minutes.
