They both have to do better. We still haven’t gotten to, much less won a Super Bowl. And that should be Shelia’s expectation.
They get more time than Matt P and Dougie Howser because we actually won 2 playoff games (which is historic level shit for us unfortunately)… but it’s not unlimited and they SHOULD be able to articulate what it is going take to get where Shelia and all of us want them to be.
