Instead, they called a phantom PI on Dallas and the Raiders finally win.
How did they not call this pick on the 2 point conversion?

Pick-plays are illegal, that one was blatant.
But he’s on the line of scrimmage, right? Isn’t contact allowed on the LOS?
Technically, he’s beyond the LOS which is the blue line in the picture. I think it’s legal behind the LOS but not past it.
That’s why you can’t have O-linemen beyond the LOS blocking before a pass is completed…same thing really.
