On a short week, I would think all 3 ‘practices’ will be walk-throughs. I think they pulled Decker at the end once the game was in hand since he was dealing with an injury. I think there’s a 50/50 shot he plays Thursday, but agreed that CD3 needs at least another week minimum.
They had him packed in bubble wrap and the TSA confiscated all of their box cutters on the flight to Indianapolis. He should be good to go for a home game.
CD3 looked like a hamstring injury. He grabbed back of knee then came slightly up. Maybe hamstring strain more towards insertion area vs. mid area where major muscle group is.
When it comes to personnel, you can count on the Lions coaching staff (and GM) to stick to The Plan. Only when you have a MAJOR loss like Hutch have we seen an obvious deviation. Vildor was getting beat, but he settled down in the 2nd half. We’ll see Moseley this time around.
Jeesh, I panicked a bit when you crossed out Montgomery, St. Brown, and Reader. I was like dang, they’re all ruled out already, until I read your last sentence. I was thinking that was one bad night last night to have everyone regress to the point of being ‘unlikely to go’ on a Tuesday.
