Only exception is rookies, or somebody like Jack Campbell. I hope they get snaps. But Goff, both the RB’s, Saint, (on the fence with Jamo. I’d say don’t play him) the entire OLine… sit em. The games don’t count, but the injuries sure do.
Agreed… save the live bullets for games that matter. I remember Big V getting injured in preseason a couple years ago. Then again he could get injured walking to the locker room. 
I tend to agree. Sounds like Zietler needs some reps. And Penei won’t allow the staff to sit him. Carlton Davis also needs some reps.
Remember when a vast majority of Lions fans were mad last preseason when a lot of the starters didn’t play?
I am all for the bottom 60-70 playing the entire preseason.
I have come around to agreeing with most, sit the starters.
LY, I was in the camp of playing them more, hey it works for the Chiefs. But after sitting most of our starters last preseason, we came out and beat the Chiefs in game 1 shows what I know. I’m convinced we were a Reynolds catch away from beating them twice.
