Guys late in the draft - Crawford, Lane, etc.

More OL help

Seth McLaughlin— would be ideal if we can get him round 6 and redshirt him for a year

What team’s do you think are gonna take those edges? We can probably safely say what team is not taking any of them…

This reminds me of the panic of not taking a wr till rd 4 then some guy named st brown. Trust in brad.

Also, don’t draft a qb ever until the 6th round because Tom Brady.

It sure would be cool if we still had our 4th round pick today!

Oh well, at least we can’t pull a Manu and trade a future third for another 4th today…you know, since we traded BOTH of those already too.

Stop being so dramatic, how many super bowl rings do yewwww have?! Probably not as many as Bra…oh, ohhhhhh, carry on

In all seriousness though, I don’t see any way we actually make all five picks we currently have today. I bet we trade three or four of them to move up at different points today.

Using the Jimmy Johnson chart, our 5 current picks essentially add up to the 133rd pick in the 5th round. Keep in mind that we traded the 130th pick yesterday in the Ratledge deal.

We now have a starting RG, starting DT and 3rd WR… The rest is gravy.

Honestly what are the chances we draft a guy in the later rounds and they make this roster? Hopefully we package all the later picks for a player in the 4th or 5th.

I love the first two picks, can never go wrong with big dogs in the trenches, especially given the age/wear and tear of many Lions trench guys. But my gawd, it’s truly wild that the most glaring need on this team hasnt been addressed in the draft with a feasible day one Edge starter, if not day one rotational piece. The Teslaa pick and what was given to move up really seems like a reach…Brad is giving me the fluttering IBS that feels about as stable as Davenport in a glass statue factory re DE

Thats beautiful…

dont worry

hes gonna go either APR or Kyle Kennard in the 6th, and a depth piece is fine if we re-sign Z Smith for next year.

(This is some cope btw)

I like Kyle Kennard as a pass rush specialist that can maybe develop into more at this stag.e.

Chimere Dike is a guy that might make it to us. Not sure if we’re done with WR yet.

I agree 100% on McLaughlin. Perfect team to stash him.

I would also add Collin Oliver as a SAM project.

Hoping Cody Simon might be a Lion too

Odds are very high for a Safety, I’d say.

Here is twentyman’s list:

I’m going to try some reverse psychology:
Brad, listen, whatever you do, don’t waste a pick on a pass rusher. We’re fine there. Don’t need any window dressing. Trust your gut, go get who you want. But do not chase a pass rusher!

Getting Bradyn Swinson would be unreal because I like what I saw on the field last year so much.

He’s someone I would have not expected to last to 60, yet there he is, still on the board.

I know nothing.
