Do you think the Lions have a secret handshake deal with Decker that if he can’t find a deal he likes, that we will sign him if Sewall or Miller get injured?

No… He’s done otherwise he’d already be on a roster for way more than the Lions would pay him (vet minimum)

The fact that he plays maybe the 2nd most important position in football and not one team made it worth his while to play football speaks volumes to me

I love Decker and Ragnow…. But they can’t pass a physical, same as Kerby.
This is a young mans game. Wish the vets well. But the NFL stands for not for long.

i think he will get signed somewhere after the 1st game so his salary won’t be guaranteed. eliminates most of the risk.

I think Decker’s body gave us the best he had.
I hate that we didn’t get the job done with Taylor and Frank, but, at least they went out winning two Divisions in a row.
Btw, put some respect on Decker’s name. He was not responsible for Quintricia. He just had a job to try to do. That’s why Megatron and Matt quit.

Decker looks done. Hopefully he can get the relationship with the Lions back on track. It would be nice to have all the old players back when we win our first Superbowl.
