This feels like the start of an infomercial… what are you about to try and sell us?
@TouchdownMyPants up (you forgot the last s @farmerted)
Did you get the
“Yeah well we brought you into this world and raised you for 18 years” rebuttal?
The mom/dad tax lol
I don’t even bother asking. I know better than that.
I’m going be honest… Will Campbell feels a touch early, and Will Johnson a touch late. Otherwise this mock makes more sense to me than most out there.
I think the narrative that this year lacked top end WR talent was somewhat off all along, but imo the testing solidified it. Guys like Noel, Higgins, T Harris etc have no reason not to be low 1st to high 2nd guys. Power 5 conference, 9 plus RAS and big production?
Conversely I think the edge group has been overrated all along.
Scourton
Burch
Green
Pearce
- all fairly decent concerns.
Ezeiruaku
Princely
Sawyer
Swinson
- all frame or athleticism concerns
Jackson
JTT
Stewart
M Williams
- consistently productive over years or even a full season
Bottom line- not many 265 plus pound, 8.5-9 plus RAS… proven double digit sack guys?
Carter fits but on the lighter end
Williams and Stewart fit minus production
The closest thing we have is JTT with some testing, good size, and great late season production?
Thank you, I forgot he wanted to be touched down all of his pants and not just one
Good analysis it does make a lot of sense what you said.
There’s a ton of 2nd tier options at edge…and they are all lacking something they all come with question marks
But if they didn’t they would be top 20 picks
Thanks brother.
Booker or Zabel
Nolan or Harmon
Winston or Starks
Ezeiruaku or Stewart
Collins or Grant
Higgins or T Horton
I feel like the above are all glove fits for packages and potentially as full time starters in 26’ and beyond.
JTT is a guy I’m higher on that most. If we drafted Green, L Jackson, Sawyer etc I’m not going to feel like we just fixed Edge and have a 7/8 sack guy opposite Hutch
There’s a ton of 2nd tier options at edge…and they are all lacking something they all come with question marks
To be fair, you don’t know if it’s talent or coaching. Look at drafts from years past and you see 3rd and 4th round picks that far outplay their selection.
What about Emannwori? Peppers will be 30 and coming off, well a lot.
I like the value.
Just checked… Gimme 20min til I’m home and I can look at who’s available and pick… Sry
Sweet. Was dreading blowing your pick.
Wanted to go WR here, but the value is gone… Considered RB, but with Vrabel at the helm, NE goes defense and selects DT Tyleik Williams
@wolfcub36 up
@JessC on deck
The Chicago Bears select: Charles Grant OT in the 2nd round/ 2nd pick of the 2025 NFL draft.
You’ll be up again after JessC picks for saints
Great pick
Pick 40. The New Orleans Saints pick JT Tuimoloau.
Another great pick @Thats2
