I think our DL is just fine. If we’re buyers it better be in the secondary.
DL needs to get to the qb a lot more.
We’re on track for 65 sacks. Denver lead the league last year with 68 sacks. You guys have completely unrealistic expectations.
I guess Broncos have a top notch cb. Lions have a 5 9 cb. How many passing yards do the lions give up again a game?

Sure high pressure rate and above average sacks.but Below average turn overs. And league high comp% and yards allowed.
Pressure doesn’t mean anything when its not impacting plays. Sure secondary help would be nice. What also would be nice, is not having to send 5 guys on a pass play. And leave only 6 in coverage. That might help

Agree to disagree. IMO our front is pretty damn solid and our secondary is probably the worst secondary in the league. Personally I think it’s pretty clear what our defensive weakness is.
And a ton of it is when we are up multiple scores. Almost seems like a scheme problem…

Being up a couple scores against a competent NFL QB is usually a headache.
Dline isnt the issue. But its like two years ago. The offense needs to score almost every time. Its now dline needs to get the qb. Zero faith with dbs
Both the Saints and Jets games were deceiving as a game can get. First half of both our defense was good. It’s when we go up big our defense falls apart.
It’s Shep…he sucks. But this defense has shown themselves to be capable.
