All I know is the pistons keep winning and they have the best record in the league. Will they win it all? Ummm no, but they’re so much better than I expected at this point. Trajon knows these boys aren’t winning it and idc who they traded for it most likely wouldn’t be a good trade for the future and yeah we still wouldn’t win the ship. I’m just loving watching these boys win by playing old school punishing D with a physical O.

Don’t get me wrong, I would love it and truly think Cade with some help from stew and JD could do some damage. I was mostly talking about people not being happy, not necessarily in this thread, about us not getting a second option or better shooter at the deadline. I’m all in and just think people should enjoy the amazing improvement that this team has worked their ass off to do.

I don’t get this mentality. So they’re 45-14 but are so far away from being a championship contender that Langdon shouldn’t even try to bolster the roster for a playoff run because it doesn’t matter anyway? I’ll just say that I disagree that the Pistons are THAT far away from Championship contention and if Langdon also has that mentality then that’s just plain sad IMO.

Nothing is guaranteed in the future. The Pistons might never be in this position again so I think it was a mistake to not try to address their overwhelming weakness which is lack of shooting. I don’t know what trades were out there, Dosumnu who Minnesota acquired would have been a good addition, but I do think that doing nothing was the wrong move.

Now the same experts are saying the complete opposite.

I guess will we see if the Pistons can be the anti-warriors.
