Differences in Lions Corporate Leadership Present and Past

Being a Lifelong Detroit Area Native, from the time the Lions played at Tiger Stadium (Grandfather took me to a game) through the Silverdome Years, up to Ford Field, I’ve always felt the Ford Family looked at the Lions as a “Novelty” something that sat in the corner… didn’t cost them anything because Corporations purchased enough season tickets (plus revenue sharing) afforded them the luxury of keeping the Lions in the Family UNTIL Sheila Ford Hamp took the reigns! She wanted to win! Sheila studied, observed, then surrounded herself with intense leaders that also wanted to win. In my opinion, it starts at the Top, and I have full Confidence that Sheila and her team will get the Lions Over The Top!

Said this when she took over and I researched her background (wes helped me! :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:)!

She is the major changer

And welcome brother

After we get the Super Bowl win, we fans need to demand that they erect a Sheila statue at one of the entrances to Ford Field.
It all started with her “righteous cause”.
We, the fans, are her “righteous cause”.
You know what else?
I want to hear “Sheila Ford Hamp!” “Sheila Ford Hamp!” “Sheila Ford Hamp!”
In place of the JG chants. I’m sure Jared wouldn’t be slighted in the least.
You season ticket holders, make placards, take them with you, and make it happen!

well then they need a Goff Banner hung in FF that reminds all that come there , He is a Super Bowl winning QB…

Sheila is my hero… I remember meeting her and Mrs Ford shortly after Martha took over. Martha was grooming her to take over after a few years, Sheila was a bit timid, but super gracious to the fans. She clearly wanted a winner, both of them did. Martha had the stones to clear house, Sheila had the foresight to hire the right kind of people. I’m finally proud of our ownership.
