Right now his nickname is Rufio, but I think it’ll end up being Maverick. Hopefully the Top Gun sequel doesn’t kill the coolness factor.
I wanted another italian food name (I had my hopes on Spumoni) but oh well.

That’s like my Chillie (the kitten). We got him at 4 weeks because his mother tried to kill him, she had bitten him deep in the neck, and refused to care for him.
His new mom and dad love him to death. He’s Pa’s boy!

The rottie mix is Della, and the pit/bulldog mix is Claire. We’ve had Della for 9 years. She’s our old girl. We adopted Claire last winter, and she’s around 7. Her foster family found her wandering in a public park with the remains of a tether she had chewed through still attached to her choke chain. Some fucking people just don’t deserve pets.
The cat is Jersey. She hates both dogs, so good luck getting all 3 of them in a shot together.

Claire is new to the Lions, so she still has her head up and is doing the mental gymnastics for how they can come back from 3 scores down. Della has seen this movie before. She rests her head on her paws and barely even looks at the TV. She’s been Lionized.
Sell the damn team! My doggos deserve better than this!
