before I picked, I had all my picks jotted down in advance so when it was my pick, I did not hold anybody up or waste their time. really the only time it takes is making sure nobody already drafted who you were going to, if they did, you can take 15 minutes deciding on another pick for said team-should be no making people wait for hours- that said, I’m in not in a hurry, yet it’s not right making others wait to. IMO. this is just a fun exercise, not real-nobody is concerned who’s picked, and really if it’s for a rival team? pick bums , busts , injured players, to speed it along -shrug- .
