Was inactive against us, but cheap. I can’t see any reason why we wouldn’t claim him and take a look. $575K for the rest the year.

Very surprising, considering how thin the Eagles are at LB and how good Wilson was for the Vikings last year. I’d definitely take a look.

What has he done in 2021?
He has 43 tackls in 2021… which would have him 3rd on the Lions in 2021… and he was 3rd on the Eagles in tackles as well. He likely would have been 2nd if they had not made him inactive in week 8.
He has 1 INT… which would tie him for 2nd on the Lions.
Prior to the Lions game… most people were thinking Sirianni might lose the team because the Eagles had been playing like garbage, so I am OK with kicking the tires on an athletic LB that has produced recently.
In 2020… Wilson had 122 tackles… 3 sacks… 8 TFLs… 9 QB hits… 8 passes defensed… and 3 INTs (including 1 from Stafford). He also blocked a punt and is a decent special teams player.
Pittman is a nice story… but he runs about a 4.7 in the 40 and is much less talented than Wilson.
