The thing to keep in mind re: Levi, he played out of position for Washington (NT at 290#) and he opted out of the 2020 season, so he hadn’t played in a year. Couple that with a back injury, it’s not surprising he wasn’t effective last year.
Surrounding he and Alim with max effort guys will pay dividends this year, I expect a marked improvement from both - coming into their 2nd year and being healthy.
