Anytime you’re talking about a top 500 player, 9 out of 10 times when you turn on the film it really shows

I didn’t think he was saying that Nico wasn’t Nico because of Michigan’s lack of a QB…but maybe he was.
I thought I remembered hearing that JJ was actually a 1 or 2 star recruit that had no offers from any major programs but his mom had some ties to LSU or Coach Oregeno but i thought i also heard he walked-on at LSU?!?!?Anyways, I don’t think JJ would have been great his first year or two even had LSU had a QB, I think some of these kids just need a few years to grow into their bodies to fluorish.

That could be….i saw him rated as a 3 star on 247….but can you imagine if Michigan had that WR class with McCarthy?? You might have had three first round picks at WR.

Interesting. Who makes these determinations I wonder. The teams, the conference, or the NCAA about playing a game over seas.
Seems odd that if the NCAA was about to bring the hammer down on Michigan that they’d also have them representing the college game in a foreign nation. Why not pick a squeaky clean institution like the Michigan State Sparties.

Hasn’t there been a week zero game overseas the last few years? Notre Dame in Ireland for last couple of years?
Only reasoning I can think of is following the NFL, who is growing in popularity there, and expanding CFB footprint.
