I would say if the players all developed under the leadership the new GM hired, that is certainly not a blemish against him.
The Pistons paying Duren who is a bum defender 40m is bizarre to say the least.
If the Pistons take a major step back, Langdon should be fired IMO. He knew our deficiencies and still didn’t upgrade the team. Run is ass out of town.

Kawhi’s non-apology is super cringe. His uncle was trying to get the same kind of circumvent deals from the Lakers and from the Raptors when he played there the first time, so that guy’s been a dirty piece of s*** forever and in my opinion is the poster boy for starting all this load management b******* too. It was blatantly obvious, to me at least, that when Kawhi signed with the Clippers after that 2019 season he had that some very shady shit was going on. That just didn’t surprise me at all. It was also somewhat apparent how much of a…well I don’t know what the right word is…but his uncle being this involved was always very strange to me. The whole situation was just strange.

Well if you’re a player, and your owner comes to you trying to give you a bunch of money under the table, what are you supposed to do, not take it?
I’m not sure what they could punish him for that they’d ever be able to actually prove unless they also investigated the Raptors and the Lakers for maybe thinking about circumventing the salary cap but not actually doing it.
