I mean isn’t one of the main qualities you’d look for in a hooker is the ability to suck?
That pass to Teslaa that he couldn’t haul in was awfully high. Good way to get your receiver’s body parts scattered everywhere.
Thankfully Goff very rarely throws em high like that.
The TD pass was thrown to the perfect location, though.
I agree. He could barely get his fingertips on one hand on it.
For sure Allen was a little fired up early… But settled down and played well overall.
Allen is way better than the Sudfeld and Tim Boyle experience. IMO Allen might be better than Teddy.
Let me check with are Den expert @Bols on such things and get back to you on that.
I’m sure the practice squad defensive unit will be sad to see Hooker go.
Shit, looks like Hassanein’s injury might actually be something
Damn, gotta sign Z now for sure, right?
He started several games for dumpster fire teams.
I think he probably is a very serviceable QB.
Exactly stash Ahmed on IR… Sign Z. Short term and long term covered
I wanna see Z operating with Hutch. Hutch and the level he is on will open up stunts for Z to exploit. We get to see more from Z like we were hoping for last year.

If the Ravens were to cut Ojabo and he’s anything like the college player I once saw, I’d be interested. Some games he was better than Hutch.
Hendon is done in detroit and maybe in the NFL entirely
Hes honestly tim boyle level bad rn
I’m assuming Z has been working out, and in playing shape? Anyone know what he has been up to?
Does it sound like Campbell is open to bringing in someone from another team like they did with Sudfeld?
Unless it’s a Kenny Pickett level player, just go with Allen. We’ve had a lot worse. I think he’s probably the best of the Dan/Brad bunch. If he didn’t already have a bunch of mediocre years in the league, I’d probably feel pretty good about him.
I see no reason to play Allen another down. He’s locked the #2 spot up. Hooker starts the first half of next week and some guy we sign this week plays the 2nd half. Maybe we sign 2 guys and they both play a quarter.
Allen’s NFL action mostly comprises of a Carolina team that was on the decline even before Newton got hurt and a few starts on a dumpster fire of a Washington team.
Teddy won fewer games and performed no better the next season on that Carolina team.
