…but Packers at Lions for Thanksgiving brings up a memory from my youth

Packers @ Lions
Thanksgiving Day game
- Get two tickets to the game
- Invite buddy
- Wake N’ Bake before we leave for game at 10am
- Drive to Pontiac listening to music
- Wonder why there is no traffic
- See empty Silverdome parking lot
- Both realize at the same time…
…the game was at Ford Field in DETROIT!!!
We laughed and made it to the game just before kickoff. Lions stomp Brett Favre and the Packers 22-14.
@Cynodon was not the sharpest tool in the shed 20 years ago
