Yep, takes a minute to figure out how it works, and frankly, there are a couple quirks that are annoying, but, the tone and quality of conversation are even better than the old Den!
Angry and I go at it the hardest, probably, but, I like him. We agree on most things. He’s just a little dense on others.
I was responding to a post and had a link in it. The software gave me a message that said “this link was already posted in XYZ thread by ABC member, are you sure you want to post it again?”
That’s a long overdue feature I never knew I wanted or that it existed.

One again, who is Nate? I’ve read that he started both groups but have not seen a “Nate” handle…What’s his handle? I’ve asked this a few times with zero response. Is that classified information?..lol

Yes, Nate is the one that started The Den and he is the one that has kept the group together thru several major changes. And yes, his handle is Nate. He doesn’t post often, so you might not have seen him yet.
Nate saw the writing on the wall with 247 over a year ago and that’s one of the reasons why he created this particular forum…which of course is The Den…because The Den is wherever Nate is…which is here.

I really like the Discourse forum software after getting introduced to it on the Amazon seller forum. It’s pretty slick and easy to use in most ways. The Amazon one is pretty neutered, so it’s interesting to see some of the features that are enabled here.
I’m hoping that 247 just goes away, only because it would be nice if there were just one single community again (I don’t count the nitwits on Reddit).
