The 2022 Detroit Lions finished tied with the 6th best record in the NFC. This is in a league where 7 teams make the playoffs. The Lions aren’t going to the playoffs. Numbers are fun.

(Yes, I understand why. No, this isn’t a gripe. The only team that should ever gripe about this is the Patriots team that missed the playoffs at 11-5).

I’ll gripe.

I don’t care if you win your division. If you’re not over .500, you shouldn’t make the playoffs. (I feel like this every year, just the first time it’s affected the Lions. lol)
