Honey Badger Jared Goff doesn't care about silencing his critics

My man JG is just a chill Cali boy who is comfortable in his own skin. I really don’t think there’s a helluva lot that fazes him.

I think it’s a good counterpoint to some of the louder, more emotional leaders on the team.

That’s why I cannot understand how things got so out of control with McVay. Goff doesn’t have the personality to have the conflict with McVay that apparently occurred.

He just needed someone to blame. He was feeling some heat and didn’t want anyone to believe it could possibly have anything to do with him. He’s a smart dude no doubt…but he’s also the ultimate “bro.”
And I don’t mean that as a compliment

Haha classic video! Brian Branch is Honey Badger 2.0

He doesn’t give a shit, dude doesn’t even wear a mouthguard.

There have been a lot of players McVay has had conflicts with. They just dumped Cam Akers to the vikings for a bag of chips because he could never get along with McVay.

McVay is very much super charming to shiny new players but once you are in his dog house, you are dead to him.

Aaron Rodgers is very much the same way. Wants the positive attention on him but deflects and blames when it’s bad.

Wow I just realized that McVay is the Aaron Rodgers of Head Coaches…He also has threatened to retire after the last 2 seasons…

I was just thinking the other day that Branch really does remind me of Mathieu…. just a little taller and more physical tackler.

Perfect response by Decker.

I agree! And love the attitude from Goff.

It’s obvious they do care otherwise they wouldn’t respond that way. The look on Goff’s face in response to the question was an “I’ll kick everyone’s ass” look to me. But they are using it as motivation and fuel for the fire so they can “not care” all season! And they can go ahead and sign Goff to a new deal anytime

What’s NOT to like/admire about an egomaniacal control freak?
