It took Brian Bilick 10 years to win it all. His team was competitive and threatening almost every year. When they weren’t, it was clearly injuries.
Not much a HC can do about injuries.

Anything less than a Super Bowl appearance should result in cleaning house. As Lions fans we are used to winning. The last time we won 2 playoff games (like 2023) and then didn’t win a playoff game for 3 straight seasons was 1960.

My conerns are we just trying to make the playoffs for job security or are we trying to win it all. I dont see them trying to win it all.

I worry about living through another Wayne Fontes situation. Regularly competing for the division. Consistently in the playoffs. Couldn’t get over the hump. Fired. Decades of losing. I have seen this movie before, and it sucks ass.
