Cominsky was out for the 5 game losing streak. When he came back they started to win. So I’d say, very important.

The Lions are 7-1 in games that Cominsky plays 30 snaps or more!
And the loss was Buffalo…

I think

1. He’s gonna play BETTER when the cast comes off
2. He’s already solid
3. He’ll get better with more exposure to this staff
4. Still hope we majorly upgrade

…I love him as backup/rotational guy.
…I want our DL to be at least as good as our OL

I think Brad & Dan agree.

Cominsky is a grade-A requirement for re-signing. Hes that good. Pay the man.

ROkwara will only be 28 next year and his 2024 last season in his deal is a phantom year that voids 5 days after the SB.

It may be an option to extend or at keast restructure 24 into a real year and get that 23 cap hit of 14.5m, 4th highest of OLB in thr league, down a little.

Yes, has to stay healthy and productive…given.

Cominsky has been a revelation and they most likely will be dropping Harris and Bryant to free up $ overall and that they arent really in the rotation anymore. Jokwara has a yr left, but cutting there saves $1.2, so not out of the Woods there…

The Okwara brothers present a dilemma.

I could see a possible restructure (adding void years) for Romeo if he keeps playing well… which just push of his 2023 cap hit forward…
and still make him a UFA in 2024.
