As many as are upgrades.
The harsh reality is, the best work their way to the top of the roster, and the bottom of the roster guys drop off of the roster to make room for the better guys.
We got 91 guys right now… Only 53 make the active roster. That’s a lot of freaken cuts. Ruthless business. Practice squad aint a bad gig either though. Those guys make pretty good money these days.

Skipper made a career out of the practice squad before last season.
Then, there’s Mr. Reliable. All he does is make plays, from the Practice Squad.

To be fair to Kennedy he did transition to longsnapper after getting that dad bod and no longer able to handle ST duty.

I think they probably have less valuable players they will drop if Z signs.
Tom Kennedy gets a dad bod… Lol now I have heard it all. What’s next? Sorsdal starts Jenny Craig and becomes an all pro corner!

no matter if Z signs, there will be cuts, tough cuts until we hit the magic roster number, maybe there is no chance Z signs with us, who knows…either way cuts are coming and we will trim down.
