That’s a…bold statement to make.
Anybody here agree?

It would be glorious if it happened, for all of the narrative exploding it would mean.
But it’s just another sports talking head with an opinion.
Goff has won more games than Stafford just about every year so I wouldn’t rule it out, but I would consider it an improbability.
The Rams aren’t going through a massive rebuild. Typically, teams going through a massive rebuild don’t fare all that well.
As much as I like the new coaching staff and the direction the team is heading, I’d take the Rams and Stafford on the win total next year for sure.
The only way that happens is if Stafford suffers a season ending injury by week 5.
If both are healthy, that is hard to believe with the Rams advantage on defense.
They lost quite a bit from 2020, but still should be pretty good.
If the Rams O-line doesn’t play better… it is definitely possible that Stafford ends up getting hurt.
I think Goff is more of a cool customer than Staff. Staff is at his best when his back against the wall. Goff seems more Brady like in terms of demeanor (though nowhere near the player of course and not as fiery in his leadership posture).
I’m changing my fantasy football team name to Fa Goff.
That’s what radio hosts do. Anything to spark interest and debate. The rarely ever believe what they say.
Which one said this?
Huge.
Mine’s American Goffic
I do not agree.
Huge is a blowhard
I can’t believe that idiot still has a radio show.
He changed character a bit a few years ago. I’m not on the west side of the state as much as I used to be, but I’ll tune in every now and again to see if he’s reverted to the old character yet. His program is a continuous plug for products and the station with an occasional comment on sports mixed in.
HUGE has been a talking click bait ad for about 10 years now, but one thing he has always been good at is being a solid ‘homer’ in all his predictions.
Aaron Donald going down early for the season would have very close to that same impact for the Rams. I don’t wish either, but it’s hard to avoid that conclusion.
He’s also a ballhog and thinks he has range from 3, but he don’t. For 58 or whatever he can still get up and down the floor though…
Rams were one of the healthiest teams in the NFL last year. No way it happens again. Don’t see the Lions winning more games but I also think the win totals for both teams might be a lot closer than expected.
Which isn’t all-that-unlikely with the Rams O-line and Stafford’s history of getting injured.
In the last 5 years, how many years has Stafford been injured?
There’s the two thumb injuries two separate years and the 2 back injuries. Anything else I’m missing?
I was thinking, Goff Coast.
