I actually think Neb has a real chance. Mostly due to Rhule and the fact the their QB could take his game up to dominance level. The over all talent is clearly with UM but that talent is young and going on the road with the pups at Nebraska will be a test (yes OK experience should help).
I guess in my mind I keep waiting/expecting Nebraska to be good again and not middling.
Again Rhule in my opinion was a great hire. A very solid college coach who knows what it is all about. He knows how to win and how to build and this could be the game that Neb finally gets over the hurdle.
All I am hoping for is a 4-0 start for my Spartands because 6-7 wins will be a reach unless our QB levels up. Which he has eliminated all the turnovers it appears. So there is hope.

In 39 games since the trade, he has 14 steals and 0 caught stealing. That’s a 60 steal pace for a 162 game season. Lol wild stuff for a hefty guy.
He never had more than 10 in a season for the last 8 years. I’m a Cardinal fan and I was watching the game against Seattle. Naylor stole his 26th. He would have had another one because he had 3rd stolen but the batter fouled off the pitch. The cardinal broadcast made it sound like it was normal stuff. I was like wtf that is Josh Naylor!

Their WR trio of Key, Hunter and Barney is sick as well. Nebraska is good in a lot of ways. They just have a massive Achilles heel when it comes to run defense.
