Hutchinson has enough help this year?

Yes!

Cover some guys and pressure is great.

Anyways we won. The Hutch hate I will never understand. He’s awesome.

Hutchinson in front line can’t make plays in critical down has anything to do with third stringer corner backs? So many stats and excuses for years after his knee injury year

Thought this was interesting.

This mean Hutchinson is not double teamed?

Its all players, so yes this stat includes Hutch.

You have exhausted all of my sarcasm. I have nothing left, after years of you posts I have nothing left but to just stare at my screen wondering why…

I think you are on to something. Hutch’s 14.5 sacks was very meh. His triple teams were meh. His 23 pass rush win rate is yawwwn. His 100 pressures that made him one of 5? players to get 100 pressures in a single season was actually a very good example of his selfishness and me-first attitude. Can’t win with Hutch.

Why not construct a hypothetical trade where we give Hutch to someone else, who do you think we should get in return.

This place would combust into flames if this occurred. There isn’t a scenario where this is a good thing…

I can confirm that there’s a 95% chance that I would combust if we made a trade as inexcusably bad as that. For Sweat and Baker? Good lord.

I am a Spartan and I would still say that deal sucks. Is Hutch prime Myles Garrett or Aaron Donald? No. Is he immediately below that? Yes. And young, and durable, home grown, and fit this teams effort mentality perfectly. Keeper.

If you back out each team’s top sack producer here is the team sack leaderboard:

Minn 10.5 sacks

Detroit 8.5 sacks

Cincinnati 8 sacks

Cleveland 8 sacks (played 4 games)

Las Vegas 7.5 sacks

Houston 7 sacks

To put that in perspective the team is on pace for 48 sacks without counting Aidan’s production. That would have ranked sixth in the league last year and one sack behind our 2025 production WITH Aidan’s sack numbers included.

What would be enough to please you guys? I get that the media keeps trumpeting the one man pass rush thing so maybe that’s why. The National media is often wrong bc they are often lazy when it comes to granular coverage of individual teams. Don’t let them gas light you, We have a good pass rush. It’s not just a one man band.

Aidan… 26 yo game wrecker…..

for a soon to be 31 yo safety that has only 1 INT since 2022 (and has only 8 INTs in 9 seasons)….

and a 29 yo Edge who spent much of the preseason on the PUP because of his knee. It is the same knee that had a torn ACL, PCL, and MCL when he dislocated his knee in high school. While he has had a good career considering that injury, he also has played over 65% of his team’s snaps in only 1 of his 8 full seasons, and this doesn’t look any different.

I have doubts only because giants offensive line man called him out as ordinary , sometimes he dont finish sack and too much celebration after his sack when team is trailing.i never heard an offensive line man saying like that about a rusher from nowhere ,that added doubt to me

Do you look at the numbers? Do you watch the games?

Not a number guy, but watch if playmakers make plays in key downs against good teams . That is the only factor that convince me

Modern society is a vibes society.

I was not convinced on stafford when he was here, but he proved me he is good in a smart environment now

Hahaha…. this guy… :man_facepalming:

Hutch had a sack, 6 tackles, 2 TFLs, 6 QB hits, and 7 pressures against the Giants OL that “called him out” in 2025.

Over 17 game season…

that would be…

a 17 sack season, with 102 tackles, 34 TFLs, 102 QB hits, and 119 pressures.

Sounds pretty “ordinary” for a DE …:thinking::thinking:
