Brad feels we had a team that was more than capable of winning the Superbowl last year but had a LOT of injuries.
While other teams are trying to “figure it out”, Detroit is running it back with the majority of the team intact. We’ve had major changes in the coaching ranks but will have minimal changes to locker room.
Locker room intact means we don’t have to worry about the culture changing despite OC and DC changes.
