Maybe 1) NFL is calling out Williams as a Repeat Offender and 2) the NFL, in the interests of promoting Football as Family Entertainment is trying to eliminate sexual displays of any perceived kind, right or wrong. They have warned the Players repeatedly beforehand…They don’t call it the No Fun League for no reason!
