Jamal Agnew

Yes but I thought maybe lions had a chance if committed earlier given Marvin opened biz and set roots in Michigan

Agnew has looked pretty solid the last 2 weeks. And his contract is very manageable. Plus he’s got a 100 yard return so far this year. The Lions sure as hell could use a home grown player who can make a house call in the return game, is in his prime, and can come off the bench and put up a 5 or 6 catch game.

The crazy part is the Lions let him go because they wanted to get his 6th round comp pick. Sadly though, it depleted the WR roster even further, which forced them to trade a 5th rounder for Trinity Benson.

Kids, that’s what we call shitty roster management by a rookie GM. So far this new administration has taken some licks. Good news is they can literally only get better.
