I’m not sure if it is good or bad that we are talking about a 2 game stretch.

I just find it funny that he is so bi-polar. Through 9 weeks, he’s one of the worst LB’s in the NFL and then he becomes one of the best the next two weeks.

Maybe it’s finally clicking for him

He’s like a Mogwai but instead of getting him wet you just have to post nonstop about him being the worst LBer in the league and then, voila, he transforms.

He was improving a lot, toward the 2nd half of last season. I feel like he’s “getting it” more and more. I really think he will be a good player for us. Hoping for a Levy-type shift in him.

Man, I hope so. But he can’t wait util the season is half over before he gets it in gear. Maybe it’s a question of him getting healthier and stronger and his DL doing a better job of late.

I feel like we said the exact same thing about him last year too, didn’t we? Hopefully, this year it’s a result of the ankle issue and him finally getting healthy and not that it takes 8 games each year for him to remember how to do his job.

If we have players that take 7-9 games to get up to speed, we need different players.

Yes yes, Flowers shoulder, Davis high ankle blah blah

Flowers has been pretty good. Not sure that he’s been $15m/year good, but he’s definitely been an above average player

High ankle sprain recovery time

Healing from a high ankle sprain can take anywhere from six weeks to three months — sometimes even more. Healing time depends on how badly you’ve injured the soft tissue and if there was any bone damage.

If you want to beat MLB Davis, throw at him. He won’t be within 15 yards of his man.
