Dak Prescott had a season ending injury early in the season while playing on the franchise tag and signed the most lucrative contract in NFL history the following March.
With clauses that allowed him to hold Jerrah for ransom next go around
I for one am not mad at the possibility that we will be facing the dollar store version of Justin Fields twice this year.
Also, while I do like this draft in terms of defensive talent I don’t think there are really too many guys that I’m like, “the Packers sucked bc Love was out and ended up with …”
Please don’t ever post that again without a clearly identifying that limp, formulaic, sterile, emetic “music” behind that link. You’ve scarred me irreparably. Psycho-therapy can only go so far…
Oh, no, oh, no, oh, no, no, no, no, no…

Remember last year most thought LaPorta was going to be out last year?
so if is a bad injury, its a knee injury
if injured, likely his MCL
Potentially done for the year!
No pack No!
Best case scenario his Kneecap got dislocated with no ligament damage, likely out 2-3 weeks, worst case… well we all know what it is at this point lol.
That is a hope killer.
Short term IR will kill their season. No recovering from 0-7
Well, I think most us would prefer to beat the Packers at full strength, and (based on reports so far) I believe we will see Love back this year at some point. If not, some real bad luck for the Pack.
Bottom line is we’re up a half game on them and I expect to make it a full one Sunday night. The early games count the same as the later ones, hopefully we can build a nice lead atop the North.
Hell with them. GB, along with bad officiating has screwed the Lions for 30 years. Karma is a bitch.
I’d never Rick Roll’d before. Just needed to cross it off the bucket list. Once is enough.
I do hope he’s OK, but the Pack have been insanely fortunate at the QB spot.
If Patrick Willis is the Packers back-up, they won’t make the playoffs.
Yeah, let’s not hope karma doesn’t bite us in the ass if we’re pleased with the injury. As an aside, the notion of karma isn’t cosmic justice, it’s cause and effect, i.e., actions have consequences. So this is not an example of karma. ![]()
I hate seeing shit like that even to a cheese head.
Maybe I’m in the minority but I prefer the Lions to beat teams at their best, never want to see good players go down or any for that matter
