Jordan Poyer helmet to helmet hit - not ejected

AND Aaron Glenn was clearly chewing on Branch as he was walking off the field. I doubt the coaching staff thought the ejection was warranted, but they mosdef seemed more p-oed with Branch than with the calls.

Rightfully so… The late hit to the head was bad, but flipping off the crowd for an extra 15? Dumb dumb dumb

My thoughts went to the narrative that Detroit bullys opponents and are so physical that teams have been losing the following week and thus the league felt like they needed to intercede and back the Lions off the physicallity a noch or two. And that angers me because they never did a thing about the Eagles and the tush-push or any other physical team play. It was a BS call by NY and they are going to hear from a lot of fans about it, but what do they care? Lions need to just keep on pounding teams and watch the helmet to helmet fouls. I would hate to see BB get labeled a dirty player because he’s not.

In fairness, it was a Packers crowd.

And? The ultimate middle finger is beating their ass in their building, in their kind of weather, in front of their fans, after them talking trash all week… Dumb to let the crowd play a factor and give them free 1st downs and yardage

I don’t actually have an issue with the ejection call – especially looking at the play in slow motion, which New York certainly was.
