Why not? He’s just a dude with a drug problem. If he can keep it together and catch some balls, great if he can’t he’s basically free and we have like .75 good wide outs.

Whether or not he could have done anything in Detroit had we signed him, is in no way indicative of what he may do with Mahomes/Kelce/Hill/???.

Agreed. Totally different situation. I’d like for him to hire me, and go to Detroit. I could get him out of substance abuse - no problem.
Because he’s an over 30 WR wasting a roster spot, practice reps and game reps that should be used for the other guys. And he’s not a leader.
