Not sure what we will get will be even a semblance of the old Kirby. Let’s not get excited. The expectation is EXTREMELY low.

I know I’m just beating a drum here but, man this really sucks for those 2 and the lions but also us as fans. Potentially the could have been the best safety duo ever, and will never come to fruition because of bad injuries to both early in their careers.

100% on this. If Kirby has a degenerative knee condition, this is the earliest I would want him back. A few games to get under your belt and then hopefully some contribution in the playoffs.

And it could be game over for both… but I’m gonna stay positive we get them back in late November.
