I was so bad about phones that I would have my work phone on me and check it constantly all night long after work. Now I turn the ringer off and might only “check it” once or twice at night. I put “check” in quotes because what I do is click the side button to see the notifications pop up on the home screen. I do that just in case I have (5) missed calls from the same person (someone desperately trying to contact me) or a text that says “call me ASAP, urgent!”
I do the GPS tracking thing with my wife as well. I am the one that introduced it to her.
Years ago I didn’t allow my phone to track where I had been. It was creepy. Now I love it. I never thought I would be the kind of person that takes pictures of food, but that’s who I am now. So if we are out at a restaurant, I will snap pictures of both of our plates and our drinks. Then when we go back, the question always comes up “what did we have last time?” I find the restaurant on my Google Maps, then scroll down to where it gives you the dates of the times you have visited. Then I scroll thru my pictures on that date and BOOM, we know exactly what we had last time and what it looked like!

At least they are still playing male sports with these bras on. I saw a man wearing a ladies swimsuit dominating NCAA swimming last year. The poor ladies didn’t have a ■■■■■■■ chance.
